Overactive Bladder: Investigational New Drug
A Phase II Dose Ranging Study of an Investigational New Drug in Patients Suffering from Overactive Bladder.
Why This Trial Is Important
An estimated 13 million Americans -- 85% of them women -- suffer from bladder control problems. Many people find that the current OAB treatments are not well tolerated or are not effective. Therefore, there is a need to develop more selective agents to increase the maximum tolerated dose with the aim of enhancing efficacy.
Who Can Join This Trial?
Men or women who are 18 to 80 years old with symptoms of OAB and without significant bladder neck obstruction may be eligible to participate. If you are interested in participating in this trial, please contact us for a complete list of inclusion/exclusion criteria or to schedule a screening visit.
